In the ruins of the old Sith academy, the dark acolyte known as Savage Opress had taken up residence. Now, he was Dark lord of the Sith, having taken the name Darth Set. As his apprentice, he had a red-skinned female Twi'lek named Darth Talon. Savage nodded to her. "We will soon launch the attack on the Empire," he said. "Yes, my master," Talon replied. Holding to Darth Bane's rule of two, as taught to him by Dooku, he only had a single apprentice, but many minions, including Dark Jedi and bounty hunters.

The empire day celebrations were underway. Fire works and parades filled not only corrusaunt, but the galaxy. However the festivities were short lived as a mysterious organic fleet entered corrusaunt's orbit. The imperial fleet was caught completely by surprise.
Then a holo transmission began. "Infidels, we the Yuzhan vong, your galaxy now belongs to us as promised by our gods. Your machines and imperial knights are afronts to the will of our gods, you shall all die!" came the voice of their supreme overlord.
Panic filled the imperial capital as vong coral fighters attacked while vong warriors and biot ground forces landed.

Anakin was quick to respond. Despite what was said, he summoned the Imperial knights, army and navy for what was sure to be a huge battle.

After the defeat of the Imperial forces, Anakin became even more determined to drive the invaders back. Speaking to the Imperial army and navy commanders, he spoke forcefully. "We need to make alliances with various groups. Any suggestions?" he said.

But corrusaunt was not all the Yuzhan vong hit, Naboo, Corellia, Kuat, Mon Calamari, The empire was under siege on multiple Planets.

This time, the Empire did not retreat. With their Mandalorian allies, they were ready. That is when Darth Talon arrived. "I bring dark news to you from Korriban," the red, tattooed Twi'lek said to the Imperial knights.
