This is Darth Bogan and I's adaptation of Star Wars, using my head canon and his additions to it. When we start it is just before the Mustafar duel, when Anakin proposes overthrowing Palpatine and he and Padme ruling the galaxy, only this time she accepts in order to make sure he doesn't do worse.

On the fiery world of Mustafar, Anakin looked into Padme's eyes. "Don't you see? We don't have to hide our love anymore. I am more powerful than the chancellor. I can overthrow him, and you and I can rule the galaxy, and make things the way we want them to be," he said.

Padme leaned close to her husband. "I'll stand by you Ani, always, but promise me we won't be tyrants, turn away from the darkside." She said.

Padme smiled as she kissed him. " Then I will be your empress." She said in relief.

It was then that Obi-Wan emerged from the ship. "What is going on? What are you two talking about?" he asked. Anakin turned. "I am going to remove Palpatine from power permanently," he said. Obi-Wan was shocked, but so was Anakin.

Anakin smiled. "I can do it, Padme. I will do it. It's too dangerous to have him in power, just as you said," he replied. Obi-Wan stepped forward. "Not yet, we have to confront Anakin's deeds at the Jedi temple," he said. Anakin sighed. "I didn't kill those Jedi. I only had the clones subdue them. Palpatine wanted to turn them and have them serve as inquisitors," he said. Obi-Wan stood silent for a moment, then hugged his former padawan. "I forgive you," he said.

Anakin held her close. "I've defeated powerful enemies before, Padme. I defeated a beast on Nelvaan. Palpatine will just be another beast I slay in the same way," he said, heading for the ship and waiting for Padme, Obi-Wan, 3PO and R2 to follow.

They left, linking up with Bail organa who picked up master yoda, and had linked up with plo koon's fleet. Among them was shaak ti, kit fisto, mace windu, Ram kota, ayla secura, and k'kruik.

Anakin stood before them. "We are headed back to Coruscant. When there, I intend to defeat Palpatine and take the throne of the Galactic Empire," he stated.

The jedi nodded. " then you will need to learn how to use Vapaad, you won't be able to defeat Sidious with out it." Windu said.

Anakin bowed. "I submit to your training, Master Windu," he said, once more feeling guilty about what he had done in Palpatine's office.
