Essentially, it's a retelling of A & O with a different plot line. It is a bit like The Prince of Egypt in a way and also a bit like Aladdin.
Title: The Omega Exile
Plot:
As a newborn, Humphrey was the only one of his litter not stillborn. His mother, an omega of a pack near Shadow Forest, had been chased out of her pack by the head wolf for her unplanned pregnancy. She and her other pups, leaving Humphrey to die of exposure, or so it seemed. The mate of the alpha male of the Shadow Forest pack found him, and he was spared, but only, said the head wolf, if he was raised by one of the omegas. He is, and he goes through puppyhood, friends with the blind she-wolf Daria. Once they reach early young adulthood, Humphrey one day finds Daria being bullied by the son of one of the pack alphas on a tall hill. He jumps in to defend her, accidentally causing the other wolf to fall and die upon impact with the ground. The head wolf exiles Humphrey, saying that he will be killed if he tries to return, even taking his omega rank. As he moves through the woods, he grows tired and hungry, eating berries and bugs to stave off hunger, and taking quick drinks from ponds. Finally, he reaches Jasper Park, where Winston and Eve allow him to stay. He falls for their daughter Kate, but other things are afoot.
