This is a alternate DBZ Canon set in Future Trunks time line.
After Defeating Imperfect Cell, Trunks and Bulma Go to Dr. Gero's lab to make sure there are no more Androids. They find Omega, a Prototype for Cell that Dr. Gero deemed unfit for use. Trunks was going to kill it, but Bulma stops him by pointing out this Android had done no wrong, and asking him what Gohan would do. Trunks Relents and Bulma Reprograms Omega to be more like Goku, Gohan, and his more Positive Genetic Donors.
They Take Omega Back home after destroying Dr. Gero's computer.
Omega, at this point, resembles a five year old Version of Imperfect cell with Perfect cell's face and Piccolo's ears. and Imprints Trunks as his Big Brother and Bulma as his mother.
Trunks Bonds with Omega and trains him to fight as well as Playing with him as a good big brother should.
