For those not familiar with the term, a head canon is a personal adaptation of a story. After much debate about which version of Star Wars I would use, I decided that I would just make my own, combining sources and replacing stuff I don't like with EU stuff. This is mine, but can be adapted into someone's work if they like it. Let us begin.
. My version starts out with all the pre-prequel expanded universe up to Drew Karpyshyn's Darth Bane trilogy and James Luceno's Darth Plagueis.
. I also have all the post-TPM, pre-AOTC EU.
. With regard to the Clone Wars, I will be very, very selective about what I adapt. By this, I mean that I will not be working on the whole series.
. Ventress is not a nightsister. I am going back to her original backstory of her being the daughter of warlords (this was her original backstory).
. In my adaptation, the Sith ghost Yoda confronts is Marka Ragnos.
. I am going back to the old story of Anakin being knighted closer to the end of the war, as shown in the 2003-2005 series.
. Ahsoka will have a different master, though I have not yet decided who.
. In this version, Darth Maul indeed died at Naboo. I don't hate the idea of him surviving, but I want to do something different.
. Savage Opress lives and becomes a new threat.
. In regard to KOTOR, I have some new stuff.
. In addition to marrying Bastila, Revan adopted Mission as his daughter. She then takes the surname "Shan". She marries a male Twi'lek she met on Coruscant, leading to the Shan family having a Twi'lek branch on the family tree.
. With the Jedi exile, there are three of them: Meetra Surrik, plus two brothers, Elhanan and Darian, who were also Jedi and exiled after following their sister to war. My character Sabre is descended from Elhanan Surrik through his relationship with Mira the bounty hunter. Darian was with Brianna the handmaiden, while Meetra had sort of a thing with Atton Rand.
. I am restoring much of KOTOR 2's cut content.
. Now for the biggest change: I decided, based on words in episode 3 and in the novel Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader, Anakin becomes the ruler of the galaxy by killing Palpatine.
. Padme lives.
. Anakin and Padme have four other children besides Luke and Leia.
. Regarding the Yuuzhan Vong, they did attack the galaxy about a decade into Anakin's reign but were defeated by the Imperial army.
. As previously stated, Savage Opress lives and founds a new Sith order under the name "Darth Set" (a reference to a villainous god of chaos in ancient Egyptian mythology). The red Twi'lek Darth Talon from the legacy comics is brought in as his apprentice.
I may eventually make a story or an RP.
