However Kopaka was out for blood. He used his blood bending to kill the guards and rip the blood from their bodies and use it in place of water.
"You.. You monster!" one guardbsaid to the avatar state Kopaka. " you tremble before me and yet you dare to lay your hands on this monster's family. Are you foolish to believe that the laws of man will protect you from my rage?!" Kopaka shouted as the avatar killed him. "Yakone, show your self!" he demanded.

Only then did Jun Huo step in. He calmly used his own bloodbending to remove Yakone's abilities. "This won't do you any good! My allies will avenge me!" he shouted.

Kopaka used eventually Kopaka broke Yakone and he and his cohorts were in prison.
