Vitani sighed. She also wished the attack would succeed, sort of. Zira had been trying hard to train her as a Sith assassin for the Empire. "I wonder what life would be like away from the Sith Empire, away from Emperor Shere Khan, away from the Dark Council, away from all this," she said aloud.

Vitani looked at her brother in shock. "Kovu, you're kidding, right? You've heard Mother. The Jedi can't bear to know that another order of Force-users exists. They would kill us for being Sith!" she said. She then took a deep breath. "I'm not sure..." she began.

Kovu hugged his sister as Maverick and Fox came in later after defeating Zira.

Fox looked at them, attempting to stay as non-threatening as possible. "Hello, you two. May name is Fox McCloud," the young Jedi knight said. Vitani was hesitant, but then spoke. "Please tell me you won't kill us. We are Sith, but we want to surrender peacefully," she said.

Vitani finally gave a small smile. "We are ready. We will go with you to Coruscant or wherever the Jedi are staying now," she said

Kovu stood in awe. He never thought he would stand on Tython. His sith robes were gone, replaced with Jedi robes.

Vitani was also wearing Jedi robes. She had put a yellow Jedi crystal in her lightsaber. Amara Shan was there to begin their training. "Greetings, you two. I am Amara Shan, grandmaster of the Jedi order and descendant of Balto and Jenna Shan. I will oversee your training," the female canine said.

Unlike his sister, Kovu kept his red crystal cause red was his favorite color.
Kovu looked up at Amara. "Wow, your really pretty Grandmaster Amara." Kovu said.

Amara smiled. "Now, padawans, come with me. We have a lot to do. I will begin to train you until the time you are ready to be assigned to a master. You will unlearn Sith teachings and learn those of our order. I will teach you the true history of the Jedi, including the story of my own ancestor, Balto," she said.

Amara nodded. "Yes, the Jedi won that war, and the Sith Empire fell. When that happened, various Sith lords went into exile on Ambria, Vjun and elsewhere," she explained. She sighed. "Now, we find ourselves in yet another conflict. As you know, there have been plenty of conflict since the Great Hyperspace War, such as Exar Kun's Great Sith War and the Jedi Civil War, followed then by the Great Galactic War," she said.
