A new OC and Draco's girlfriend (her name is derived from an existing character):

Name: Prophetic Pup

Gender: Female

Species: Dog

Breed: Rough Collie

Fur color: red-brown and white

Eye color: Brown

Power: Foretelling the future

Inspiration: Colleen from Road Rovers, the original character of the same name

Story: Prophetic Pup (or "Gigi", as Draco affectionately calls her) is one of the newer dog stars and the girlfriend of Draco. Her power is to foretell the future.
