Sarabi had just finished with Simba's bath when she saw Animus and Mufasa enter the Den. "What happened?" She asked. "Scar and Zira were in fact ploting against us, Thanks to animus, they are exiled in the outlands.
Meanwhile in the outlands, Zira had spent months gathering rouge lions together and taining them as a fighting force. She knew none of Pride rock's lions would ever betray Mufassa, so they had needed lions without prides.
