Finally, they got back to Nome. Balto howled to let Jenna and the family know that they had arrived back.

Balto ran to meet Jenna when she came out. "Aleu is here," he said. Just then, Simba came out. "There you are, Aleu. Come on. You've got a big day coming. Tomorrow, you meet your new owners," he said.

The next day came. As the morning gave way to noon, Simba cleaned Aleu and brushed her fur. Then, the moment came. A family consisting of a male panda and a female tiger with their cubs, a female tiger and a female panda, appeared. The cubs were around the same age as Kovu and Vitani. After Aleu was paid for, Simba put a collar and leash around her neck. Happily, her new family led her away.
