Anyone watch this? It's another of the 90's era anthro action cartoons, like Road Rovers, but with dinosaurs. The storyline, without giving too much away, is like this: an alien criminal scientist mutates a T. Rex, a Triceratops, A Pteranodon and a Stegosaurus to serve his purposes. However, they rebel and become his enemies.
