Rufus bowed. "So let it be written, so let it be done," he said. Duchess then looked at her son. "Hopefully, Egypt and Israel can come to terms with the past. We have common ground: Balto, who was a prince of Egypt before he left into the desert and returned to free the Israelites," she said.
