I have decided to relent and do one final role-play, but one condition: I have a good amount of control. That means I will allow other's OC's, with the recognition that this is a Krypto/Brainy RP and I don't want either one to be killed by the villains. Attacked is fine, because that happens in these superhero stories. That said, let's do this! I will be Krypto, Mammoth Mutt, Tusky Husky, Mechanikat and other characters, and if I recall correctly, Draco is doing Brainy, Draco, Snooky Wookums and Streaky.

Krypto- Nala Fanboy

Ok, here is how we start: Brainy will give birth to Draco after talking to Krypto for a moment (though it will show Krypto suffering from the pain via their telepathic link) and then Draco will sneeze fire and get his name.

Regarding the telepathic link between Krypto and Brainy, the side effect is that if one feels pain, the other does too.

Time to move up a bit. How about after the next post we go to when Draco is a young pup being trained by Krypto and Brainy? He can then talk and manifest his powers. He has the powers of both Krypto and Brainy and his firebreathing. The dragon transformation first happens when he becomes an adult. Also, I have an idea: what if Mechanikat sends Snooky on an intelligence-gathering mission and this is where he first meets the puppy Draco, who shows him first hand his fire ability.
