Banzai pulled her aside with out scar knowing, "Seriously the beach, don't lie Vitani where were you?" He asked her.

Vitani's eyes narrowed. "I was with the wolves. You could say that they're friends of mine," she said.

Banzai snarled, "I should've known look I'll let it slide this time but promise me that you'll stay away from them because if your father finds out that I gave you permission to go I'll be in a lot of trouble." He said to her.

Vitani laughed. "Fine. Now, I will be leaving," she said. Once Vitani was gone, Zira approached the hyena. "Where was she?" she asked.

then Kovu walked up to his mom. " Mom, why is General Banzai going to be spying on Vitani?" The cub, and heir to the throne of the lions asked

"Hey Mom, maybe we could get the family together and go to the beach, It'll be fun, we could burry Nuka in the sand, go swiming, build sand castles." Kovu asked, wanting to do something not evil.

Zira laughed. "Sorry, we can't. Your father has a plan. We are going to weaken the wolves by taking their supplies and scattering them across the length and breath of Kongo Bongo Island!" she said rather dementedly.

Kovu pouted as he huffed away. It was always no. They were always too busy harasing the wolves.
Some time later, Kovu was walking in the Jungle, he took a pebble and skipped it along the surface of a small pond. "It's not fair!" He said to himself. " Why can't Mom and Dad just leave the wolves alone." He mumbled
Meanwhile Zen-Aku, the son of Winston and Eve snuck from his over Protective parent's watch, he was running through the jungle, swinging from vine to vine accastionally.
They both soon colided into each other. "A wolf!" Kovu shouted. " A lion!" Zen-Aku replied as they both hid in the bushes.
Zen-Aku was the first to emerge. "Wait, your not going to hurt me?" He asked. "No, My parents always waste time fighting you, when I become king, things are going to be different." Kovu said as he emerged. The two looked each other over. "I'm Kovu, what's yours?" He asked. " I'm Zen-Aku, you wanna play?" Kovu asked. " You bet!" ?Zen-Aku said as they started with a game of Tag.
Meanwhile, one of Scar's spys saw this and silently reported it back to Zira.
"My Queen it seems young Prince Kovu has befriended a wolf." He said, showing her video evidence.

Zira smiled. "I will now go and tell the king," she said. She then went and informed Scar of the whole situation. Scar responded by sending out some of his men to retrieve his son.
